Responsibilities

Build What Powers Tomorrow.

Build, assemble, and integrate automation systems, special-purpose machines, and prototypes.

Work across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Assemble and wire electrical cabinets, ensuring clean, structured, and compliant builds.

Use machining tools, fabrication equipment, and 3D printing to bring designs to life.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing — you won’t stop at “it doesn’t work”.

Support Workshop Acceptance Testing (WAT) and prepare systems for deployment

Collaborate closely with engineers to refine designs and improve build efficiency

Contribute to improving designs, reducing costs, and simplifying builds.

Proactively manage procurement of parts, materials, and consumables, including inventory and stock control, to ensure projects are never delayed.

Essentials

Foundations We Can't Live Without.

Strong hands-on experience with machining tools, fabrication, and 3D printing.

Experience building or integrating automation equipment, special-purpose machines, or complex prototypes.

Experience assembling and wiring electrical cabinets.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Practical understanding of component selection and sourcing.

Good computer skills: comfortable using digital tools for drawings, BOMs, and basic systems (ERP, project tools, etc.).

A problem-solving mindset — you take ownership and figure things out.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving designs.

Bonus

Standout Skills That Will Set You Apart.

Valid Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one.

Electrical licence or similar

Trade qualification (Mechanical, Fabrication, Fitting & Turning, etc.).

Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, automation, integration, etc.)

Direct experience assembling, integrating, or troubleshooting industrial robots, cobots, or automation systems.

Knowledge of inventory systems or spare parts management.

Safety certifications
