VISITOR CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Welcome to COREMATIC Workshop.
Our workshop is currently supporting critical client projects of a highly sensitive nature. These initiatives involve the development and testing of advanced proprietary technologies with direct applications in strategic industrial sectors. To protect our clients’ intellectual property (IP), trade secrets, and the integrity of these strategic industrial programmes, the workshop is designated a controlled-access area subject to the strictest confidentiality and security protocols.
Disclaimer and Agreement
By entering the workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:
- Absolute Prohibition on Recording The taking of any photographs, videos, audio recordings, sketches, notes, or any other form of visual, electronic, or written record of the premises, equipment, materials, prototypes, processes, or activities is strictly prohibited. All cameras, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and recording devices must remain powered off and securely stored outside the restricted workshop area (or as otherwise directed by staff).
- Confidentiality Obligation All information, observations, designs, data, discussions, or materials encountered in the workshop are strictly confidential and constitute the proprietary intellectual property of our client(s) and/or our company. I will not disclose, discuss, copy, or communicate any such information to any unauthorised third party.
- Intellectual Property Protection I understand that unauthorised disclosure, use, or reproduction of any observed information may cause irreparable harm to our client’s strategic industrial programmes and will be treated as a serious breach of confidentiality.
- Consequences of Breach Any violation of these conditions may result in my immediate removal from the premises, permanent revocation of access privileges, and the initiation of legal proceedings (including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable trade secrets, confidentiality, and intellectual property laws).
I confirm that I have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to comply with all of the above security protocols and confidentiality obligations.
